This immaculately kept modern end terrace of three, is conveniently situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the bustling fishing village of Seahouses.

The village has a busy working harbour, local gift shops, amusements, Tourist Information Centre, popular golf course and is renowned for its fish and chips! Trips may be taken from the harbour to the wonderful bird sanctuary on the nearby National Trust Farne Islands.

A footpath a few yards from Peep-O-Sea takes you to the sea, golf course, harbour and village with all amenities, in just a few minutes.

The property has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, with the comfort of the holidaymaker very much in mind.

There is a path up to the front door and step into the entrance hall with radiator, smoke alarm and access to cloakroom with WC, wash hand basin and radiator.

Turn right into the fully fitted modern kitchen with Shaker-style units, electric cooker, hob and extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and central heating boiler.

The sitting/dining room has two sofas, coffee table, TV with Freeview, video and DVD player, CD player, pine table and chairs in the dining area and a radiator. There is also a built-in cupboard housing an iron and vacuum cleaner.

French doors lead out to a small private garden and patio area with table and chairs for al fresco meals!
