     A recent conversion with original character - this end terrace cottage in the heart of the residential village is only minutes walk from Seahouses with its busy village shops, choice of pubs and bustling harbour from where boat trips can be taken ( see Billy Shiels ) to the National Trust's Farne Islands Bird Sanctuary. With all the sea air you're bound to have an appetite for the traditional local fish and chips! On the country lane, two minutes behind The Old Granary is Slate Hall Riding Centre offering both lessons and treks out - or follow the local footpaths and walk through fields to the sandy beaches on either side of Seahouses. The links golf course at Seahouses with its spectacular coastal views, welcomes non-members and is home of the internationally famous 'Logan's Loch'- its 10th hole. The road north takes you to picturesque Bamburgh, 3 miles away with its dramatic landmark Bamburgh Castle, miles of golden beaches and variety of hotels, pubs and coffee shops and of course the views! Holiday Cottage - Accommodation Step down through the front door entrance into a compact tiled entrance hall with coat hanging and useful large storage cupboard. Go on through to a west-facing beamed kitchen with dining table and chairs, spacious enough to relax over supper in the evening sunlight. The kitchen has a tiled floor and is equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, radio/CD player. There is a small step up to the back door with shared access from the rear. Take the stairs up to the first floor where there is a large colourful sitting room with beamed ceiling, large sofa bed, wicker chairs, TV, DVD, a selection of CDs, DVDs, games, books and magazines. There is a family bathroom with bath, WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and tiled floor. Holiday Cottage - Bedrooms on Top Floor Stairs lead up to a top floor with the master double bedroom. This has a beamed ceiling, wardrobe, bedside tables, Velux window and there is an en-suite shower room, WC and wash hand basin.
