This semi detached sea facing cosy cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard and is located on the much sought after Harbour Road. With fantastic sea views from all front facing windows, stripped floors, rugs and an open fire, the Haven is popular all year round!

Within easy walking distance of a choice of village pubs, hotels and restaurant, shop and Post Office, Beadnell offers miles of open sandy beaches in both directions, a quaint harbour - popular with divers and sailors, rocky pools to explore and a real seaside atmosphere.

Holiday Cottage - Accommodation

Two steps up from driveway to small front entrance porch and through into open-plan sitting/dining room with stripped pine floorboards and rugs.

Open-tread wooden staircase leading to the first floor divides the room into two areas.

Sitting area: open fire in a wood and tile surround, two sofas, occasional tables, built-in cupboard and shelves, TV, DVD player.

Dining area: pine dining table and chairs, pine dresser. There are sea views from both sitting and dining areas.

Modern fitted kitchen: electric oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, radio, tiles floor. Through to utility room with washing machine, sink, ceiling airer, coat racks, access to rear garden, step down to storage garage.

Separate cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

Holiday Cottage - Upstairs

Open-tread stairs lead to first floor:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, wash hand basin, pine bedside cabinets, space for a travel cot, dormer window giving sea views.

Bedroom 2: smaller room with twin beds, large pine wardrobe with matching chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, wash hand basin, sea views.

Spacious bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Holiday Cottage - Facilities and Outside

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial supply of logs included in the rent.

Private parking on the drive for two cars.

Storage for bikes and prams.

Patio and enclosed pebble garden with bench seating to the rear, small garden to the front.

Although children are welcome, regret cot, high chair and stair gate are not available.

Please note that the cottage is not suitable for diving parties.
