Warm and welcoming, this immaculate triple-glazed first floor apartment is virtually on the beach at Beadnell and has a rear balcony overlooking the sand dunes and beach - perfect for relaxing on a warm day! It is just around the corner from the glorious sandy bay and the only west-facing harbour entrance on the east coast of England.

Virtually from the door of the apartment you can join the coastal path south towards Low Newton, Embleton, Dunstanburgh Castle and Craster, or head north from the village towards Seahouses and then onto the landmark Bamburgh Castle with its quaint village. Magnificent beaches, often virtually deserted, and castles abound along this heritage coastline.

Beadnell is popular with water sports enthusiasts and sailors and surfers can often be watched in the water. The village has a choice of two hotels/pubs serving food, as well as a local shop/post office so there is no need to go out in the car for a drink or meal at the end of a day's sightseeing.

Another outing not to be missed is a trip to the bird and seal sanctuary of the Farne Islands and boats leave daily from Seahouses which is only a mile away.

Front door access to inner stairway up to first floor. Entrance hall with shoe and coat racks, airing/storage cupboard. Sitting/Dining room with laminate flooring and large rug, picture windows overlooking paved court with sand dunes behind, sofa bed, chairs, bean bags, occasional tables, dining table with 4 matching chairs (+ 2 folding chairs), freeview TV/DVD and music centre, CDs, DVDs, games, books, local maps, binoculars and guide books. Coastal photographs adorn the walls.

From the sitting room there is access to a balcony with garden chairs, views over sand dunes to beach beyond. Fully fitted, cream-coloured kitchen with electric cooker and hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Bathroom with shower over bath, shower screen, wash hand basin and WC. Light, mirror and shaver socket over the wash hand basin.
