A spacious detached studio flat with distant sea views, on the very western edge of the village of Fenwick.

Just up the coast from the Farne Islands and only five minutes drive to Holy Island causeway - subject to the safe Holy Island Crossing Times - drive across to explore this remarkable Island.

Alternatively St Cuthbert's Way, a 62 mile walk, passes through Fenwick and onto Holy Island. Why not try the last leg from Aidanfield and within 25 minutes you could be on the beach - follow the Pilgrims' Route across to Holy Island, subject to the safe Holy Island Crossing Times, where on arrival you will have earned the relaxing refreshment and unique atmosphere that awaits you.

Close at hand westward is Ford and Etal Estate with nursery garden, art gallery, fishing, working mill, coffee, gift and local produce shop also a replica Stone Age Henge or for a little more recent history visit the site of the famous Flodden battle site? On a sunny day sit out and enjoy a drink in the beer garden at Northumberland's only Thatched Pub - The Black Bull at Etal, all within 20 minutes drive.

With easy access from the A1, bike, catch a bus or drive to Aidanfield.

Entrance door at the side of the cottage into hallway with hanging rail, stairs up to open plan sitting, dining and bedroom area: double bed, bedside cabinet, dressing table, fitted cupboards, display shelves, sofa and easy chairs, occasional tables, TV, digi-box, DVD, CD/tape and radio, electric fire in wood surround, dining table and chairs, bookshelves with books for guests to enjoy.

Through to separate spacious kitchen/dining area: electric cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs - distant sea views.

Separate bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin, shaver point, light and mirror over washbasin.

Ample private parking available.

Although babies are welcome regret that high chair and cot are not available.

Corner shop/post office, petrol station and restaurant - all within five minutes drive away.

Dogs are welcome at the property (2 dogs maximum).
