     A stone built detached bungalow nestling in a countryside location yet within walking distance of the coast and which has received for 2010/2011 a Visit England Gold Award for exceptional quality of accommodation. Pebbles Cottage, with fields on three sides, is the last house in a cul-de-sac and benefits from a large sunny garden where holidaymakers can sit and watch wildlife, wander down to the village of Seahouses or how about pony trekking from the Riding Stables three minutes walk away from the cottage? North Sunderland, adjoining Seahouses, is a peaceful residential setting, away from the commercial centre yet still within walking distance of Seahouses Harbour where boat trips can be taken to the National Trust's Farne Islands Bird Sanctuary. Holiday Cottage - Accommodation Ramp up from block-paved driveway to the front door leading into an entrance hall with coat cupboard. The sitting room has a polished wooden floor, views over the garden and fields to the side. It is furnished with two sofas, occasional tables, TV/video/DVD, dining table and chairs and there is a selection of books, CDs, games, videos, wildlife guides and binoculars to enjoy during your stay. Patio doors lead out to a paved area and grassed garden. The modern fully-fitted kitchen has views to the front. It is equipped with gas cooker and hob with extractor hood, microwave, built-in fridge, and radio. There are steps down to the garage with washing machine, freezer, utility sink and access to the rear garden. Holiday Cottage - Ground Floor cont. Bedroom 1: double bedroom, pine furniture, TV, views to the rear over the garden. Bedroom 2: twin bedroom, pine furniture, views to the rear over the garden. Bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin, recently retiled to a very high standard with wooden floor.
