	A light and bright mid terraced farm holiday cottage with delightful views across walled gardens and out over open countryside. The working farm is on Lord Howick's Estate and is accessed by a private lane. Rather than drive to the Coast, why not walk across the fields and down to the beach. There is a path that leads you down to Sugar Sands, Howick Cove and around the corner to Rumbling Kern and on to Craster - sight of filming, for the TV Series "Distant Shores". Also close at hand is Howick Hall and Gardens, with their amazingly colourful Rhododendron displays. The National Cycle Route lies at the end of the drive and takes cyclists up and down the Heritage Coastline. Alnwick is only 15 minutes away with it's famous Castle, Gardens and entertaining festivals throughout the season.

Small kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, wall heater, table and chairs. Pantry with microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Ground floor: Bedroom 3 - single bed, wardrobe, heater, garden views.

Separate downstairs cloakroom with WC and WHB.

Grassed garden to the rear with garden furniture.

Ample parking in the farmyard to the front - although please leave room for other vehicles to pass. Views to the rear over gardens towards open farmland.

Cycle store available on request. Electricity and bed linen provided. Electric wood-effect stove and electric wall heating. Duck pond and beach within walking distance. BBQ for use during your stay. Welcome tray.
