This modern 3-storey mid-terrace town house, is conveniently tucked away in a mews type setting in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick.

It is within two minutes walk of shops, restaurants, churches and the town centre yet is set in a private courtyard, accessed through an archway and benefits from private parking.

Alnwick Castle, film setting for the Harry Potter movies and the spectacular Alnwick Garden, a marvel of the 21st Century, with its magnificent Grand Cascade of tumbling water and the huge tree house, are within 15 minutes walk. In a nearby street is the quaint old John Bull Pub which is famous for its welcoming attitude and range of real ales which might help visitors unwind!

Bedroom 1: spacious room with double bed and ample space for a cot, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, wicker chair, south facing window also further south Velux roof lighting for excellent natural light.

Bathroom with bath - hand shower over, separate power shower, wash hand basin, WC, wall radiator towel rail.

Cot, high chair and safety gate available on request.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Welcome tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied.

Hairdryer available for use.

One designated car parking space in the quiet private courtyard to the front.
