This immaculately kept modern property, mid-terrace of four, is conveniently situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the bustling fishing village of Seahouses. The property has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, with the comfort of the holidaymaker very much in mind.

From the property there is a nearby footpath taking you to the coast, golf course, harbour and village centre, all within a short stroll. The village of Seahouses has a busy working harbour, many gift shops, restaurants and cafes as well as a wide variety of local facilities such as small supermarket, butcher, baker, chemist etc.

Trips may be taken from the harbour over to the bird and seal sanctuary of The Farne Islands or, if you don't fancy a boat trip, why not sit overlooking the harbour and watch all the activity, either from the benches at the harbourside, or from the comfort of the Bamburgh Castle Hotel?

Level entrance is through the front door into an entrance hall. The downstairs cloakroom has a wash hand basin and WC.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with Shaker-style units, electric cooker, hob and extractor fan, larder fridge, microwave, washing machine and CD player.

Go through to the sitting/dining room with two sofas, coffee table, Freeview TV, video, DVD player, dining table and four chairs and storage cupboard.

French doors lead out to a small patio garden.

Holiday Cottage - Upstairs

Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, TV, en-suite shower room with wash hand basin, WC, shaver point and hair dryer.

Bedroom 2: small room with twin beds with bedside cabinet between them, wardrobe, TV with DVD, distant view to the sea.
