  Seashells Cottage is your quintessential coastal terrace cottage with wonderful, distant views to Dunstanburgh Castle out towards the sea and over neighbouring gardens. The cottage is very well cared for and has a light spacious feel. Although completely upgraded it still abounds in character, with rugs and antique furniture in keeping throughout. Seashells Cottage not only has its own enclosed garden a few yards from the cottage, but there is also a communal wildlife field opposite the cottage which, at certain times of the year, has an abundance of wild flowers. Holidaymakers are welcome to make use of the garden furniture there, sit, relax and admire the view. A few yards walk away is the coastal path to Dunstanburgh Castle and beyond to the glorious sandy beach at Embleton Bay, or you may wish to spend time at the harbour, where fishing boats still come in on a regular basis. A leisurely drive allows you to access other wonderful beaches up the coast, or a short journey south will take you to the magnificent gardens of Howick Hall. Craster is a superb picturesque village with a café, pub - perhaps try their wonderful crab soup, and the renowned Smokery, home of the famous Robson's Craster Kippers. A visit to the local Mick Oxley's Gallery is another worthwhile visit. Holiday Cottage - Facilities

Holiday Cottage - Downstairs Steps up to a small porch at front of cottage, leading to a spacious modern kitchen - electric cooker, ceramic hob, fridge with ice box, microwave, ample storage and a large dresser, table and chairs, views over the fields to the sea. Through to a light airy sitting room with wood burning stove, three seater sofa and armchair, freeview flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, games and books, understairs storage cupboard, views over gardens towards Craster and the harbour.
Holiday Cottage - Upstairs Stairs lead from the sitting room up to small landing. Upstairs - Bedroom 1: single bed, wardrobe/storage, night storage heater and views to Dunstanburgh Castle. Bedroom 2: double bed, fitted hanging space, chest of drawers, night storage heater. Bedroom 3: not in use. Bathroom: bath, with hand held shower over, wash hand basin, WC, heated towel rail, views to Castle.
Holiday Cottage - Facilities and Outside Artist's studio\outhouse, with use of washing machine, adjacent to enclosed long grass garden to the rear of the property with perennial borders, bulbs, vegetable patch, washing line, table and chairs. Allocated parking space to side of the terrace. Initial supply of wood provided for wood burning stove - more can be purchased locally if required. Night storage heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cycle storage by arrangement.
