Holiday Cottage - Poole House - Beadnell, Seahouses and Beadnell

A large modern detached house, with 2 en-suite bedrooms, only 500 yards from the sandy beaches.

This recently built property offers space and convenience in a family home. Beadnell is popular with divers and watersport enthusiasts offering boat launching facilities in summer. There is also a village shop, Post Office, choice of pubs and miles of footpaths up and down the dramatic coastline. Excellent golf courses are within easy reach, those at Seahouses, Embleton (Dunstanburgh) and Bamburgh perhaps being the most notable links courses. Or take a memorable boat trip from Seahouses Harbour, only 3 miles away, to see the Bird Sanctuary and seals of the National Trust's Farne Islands.

After a day in the fresh air come back to The Beadnell Towers Hotel for a meal or a family lunch in the beer garden of The Craster Arms - both walking distance away from Poole House!

A path from the block-paved driveway leads up to the front door.

The inner hall has a coat hanging cupboard and downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin.

The spacious modern kitchen/diner is fitted with electric cooker, large ceramic glass hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, dining table and chairs, sofa and dog bed. French doors lead out to the patio and enclosed private, grassed garden with garden furniture.

The sitting room has two sofas, electric wood burning stove fire, TV, DVD, Digi-box, and a selection of books, DVDs and CDs.

Discover the separate cosy snug/sitting room for those quiet moments, with sofa, writing desk and books to enjoy.

Separate utility room with sink and washer/dryer and rear door to garden.

Holiday Cottage - Upstairs

Stairs up to:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, large wardrobe with matching bedside tables and chest of drawers, en suite shower room with large shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Dogs are welcome at the property (maximum of 2 dogs). A dog bed is provided.
