A spacious semi-detached bungalow on the edge of a quiet residential area of this picturesque village with views towards the coast and ample gardens to enjoy.

Warkworth is a haven for holidaymakers with the dramatic Warkworth Castle, meandering river walks, boats for hire, hidden Hermitage, art and craft galleries, pubs, restaurants and eclectic shops - all within walking distance - not forgetting the glorious sandy beach only five minutes' drive away.

Magdalene House enjoys a shared large enclosed lawn for outside games, separate garden area with lawn, borders, patio, garden seating and usually an array of garden birds.

Holiday Cottage - Single Storey Holiday Accommodation

Two steps up to the rear entrance porch with shoe rack. Go through the inner door to the large hall with parquet flooring.

The sitting room has a beamed ceiling and features a grandfather clock, decorative wood-burning stove, sofa and chairs, flatscreen TV with freeview and DVD player. French windows lead to a paved area outside.

There is a separate dining room with dresser, polished table and chairs and a large window overlooking the garden.

The large kitchen has wood flooring, Belfast sink, table and chairs and is equipped with Belling range cooker - gas hob, electric ovens and extractor hood, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and CD/radio.

Separate utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and coat hanging.

Holiday Cottage - Ground Floor Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: pine double bed, large wardrobe, bedside tables and two large double glazed windows with views to garden, small en-suite shower room with WC and wash hand basin, views towards the coast.

Bedroom 2: twin pine beds, large wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: single pine bed, matching bedside table and wardrobe, views over the garden to open countryside.

Family bathroom with hand shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC, heated towel rail.

Parking on the shared drive for two cars.

Allocated garden area, garden furniture and bird feeders - guests are encouraged to top up the feeders during their stay and record any sightings.

Although children are welcome, regret cot and high chair are not available.
