As we act as an agent there are occasions where situations arise outside of our control, when these occasions arise, we do our level best to resolve things as quickly and efficiently as possible. Or it may be that we can't be quite as flexible as you would wish with regard to pricing, discounts or some other aspect of your holiday.
Sometimes this may seem frustrating, however, it is agreed company policy that our employees and contractors are not subjected to verbal bullying, abuse or rudeness by customers, whether face to face, on the telephone or via email, to this end our staff are within their rights to terminate communications if this occurs.
