We really enjoyed our holiday. Our favourite parts of the holiday were the house and gardens of Cragside, watching the Tour of Britain run through Ellington, the meal at the Tankerville Arms, early morning walks around the lovely countryside and the cosy bed. This is a wonderful place to stay. Thank you for your help and hospitality. We shall be back.

To future occupants - you are in for a treat! The scenery, comfort and cosiness here is near impossible to beat (plus there are tons of places to eat!). Dennis made sure we knew how to stoke the fire (we didn't burn the place down!). This house is ideal to hire. Thank you, we loved staying here.
