The cottage is fully double glazed and has gas central heating with radiators in all rooms. From the entrance porch, direct access into the spacious lounge filled with natural daylight and furnished to a high standard including: a feature wood burning stove, grandfather clock, writing bureau, board games, TV and DVD player.
The ground floor family bathroom is also accessed from the entrance porch and has a large double enclosed shower cubicle, WC, wash hand basin and shaver point.
