Late Availability messages explained


Unfortunately our search system cannot be all things to all men (or women) and sometimes you may come across what appears to be a strange message about a price or availability.

Luckily there aren't many but here is an explanation of some of the more common ones.

  • Max of 3 nights is available : You may see this message on Friday arrivals when you've searched for 7 days,  that is because the property accepts short break bookings commencing Friday and departing Monday, but their usual 7 night bookings run from another day (probably Saturday). If you wish to book longer from a Friday please call us on 01665 600850.
  • Dates available but you need to call us for a price :  this message is displayed when part of the date range you have asked for is already booked, so please ring 01665 600850 for clarification. It is more than likely you will be able to book the remaining available days or we can look for an alternative for you if you need the specific dates you originally searched for.
  • Q) I've asked for a particular date, why do other days/dates show in the results?  A) When searching a Friday 7 night break for example, results will also include cottages whose start date is usually Saturday as well (and vice versa), this enables you to ring and ask us if the property will accept a booking for your preferred start date.
